Dr. Bridget A. Devlin-Smith
Dr. Bridget A. Devlin-Smith is the owner of Claddagh Chiropractic Wellness Center. She graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She was very active at MSU, including playing on the Women's Lacrosse team. She continued her education at the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, IL. This is where she received a Bachelors Degree in Human Biology and professional degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Devlin-Smith fulfilled her internship in downtown Chicago which included a rotation at the Salvation Army Clinic and Edgewood hospital. She also completed a preceptorship in Southfield, MI.
After graduation Dr. Devlin-Smith continued to further her education by working as an associate and attending seminars. In 2002, Dr. Devlin-Smith opened Claddagh Chiropractic Wellness Center. She continues to further her education in chiropractic treatments, nutrition, pediatrics, maternity care and orthotics. Dr. Devlin-Smith is one of very few chiropractors to be certified in Webster technique.
In her free time, Dr. Devlin-Smith enjoys spending time with her husband, Robert Smith, and their four little ones: Declan, Riley, Sullivan, and Finnegan.
Dr. Andrea Whedon
Dr. Andrea Whedon graduated from Albion College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO. She has a Master of Science degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation and is currently working towards a Diplomate in Pre-Natal and Pediatric Care. She is Webster Technique Certified through the ICPA. With her extensive knowledge of Chiropractic and Clinical Sciences, she uses a wide variety of techniques to care for her patients.
Dr. Whedon was raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan. She has a husband, Dr. Rodney Hulbert, and their rescued dog Duncan. In her free time, Dr. Whedon enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, and being outside.
Dr. Lawrence Mosurak III
Dr. Lawrence Mosurak III is a 2014 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. During his time at Palmer he focused on learning traditional chiropractic care as well as soft tissue methods, physical rehabilitation and nutritional supplementation. Along with treating patients in the outpatient clinic, Dr. Mosurak volunteered to be a member of the Palmer Sports Council where he had the opportunity to treat athletes in the community before, after, and during their athletic competitions.
Prior to attending Palmer, Dr. Mosurak graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical and Health Education. He went on to teach middle school physical education for three years. It was during this time that Dr. Mosurak first visited a chiropractor for a back injury. Not only did he find relief with his back, but he also noticed great improvement in the migraine headaches he had suffered from for 15 years. He knew then that he needed to pursue chiropractic.
Dr. Mosurak and his wife, Kalena, currently live in their hometown of Port Huron, Michigan with their baby, Helena and dog, Josie. In his free time, Dr. Mosurak enjoys watching and playing sports.
Dr. Katie Albers
Dr. Katherine (Katie) Albers, is an Arkansas native who graduated from Arkansas State University with a degree in Biology. She then went on to Logan College of Chiropractic where she studied chiropractic medicine and earned her doctor of chiropractic degree. She enjoys working with patients of all age groups, but specifically enjoys working with athletes. She has a wide variety of chiropractic techniques at her disposal, as well as having a kinesiotape certification and is a nutrition response testing practitioner. Using all of her skills, she creates a well-rounded experience for her patients. In her free time she enjoys playing volleyball, camping and fishing, and spending time at the dog park with Penny, her Yorkie. Dr. Katie is currently engaged to chiropractic physician, Dr. Matt Royek, and they plan to wed September 2017.
